Curation & Clarity provides independent diamond education, sourcing strategy, and concierge level guidance. We do not sell diamonds directly unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. All services are advisory in nature. Final purchasing decisions and transactions are completed between the client and third-party vendors.

Refund & Cancellation Policies
Virtual Services & JCK Experience
All services are non-refundable. A full refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Curation & Clarity only if all of the following conditions are met:

No consultation, call, messaging, or advisory work has occurred

No education, strategy, or sourcing guidance has been provided

No preparation or research has begun
If any work has been performed, including discussions, education, strategy, sourcing preparation, or advisory communication, the service is considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
Refund exceptions are rare and evaluated on a case-by-case basis (e.g., serious unforeseen circumstances).
JCK Las Vegas Attendance & Proxy Policy

JCK Las Vegas is a trade-only event restricted to industry professionals.

Clients cannot attend and do not receive show credentials.

Curation & Clarity attends on the client’s behalf as their industry representative and sourcing proxy.

Assistant & Accommodation Policy (JCK Experience)

The JCK experience includes the presence of an assistant to support sourcing, documentation, logistics, and efficiency.

Client fees include costs related to travel, accommodations, and show attendance for Curation & Clarity and its assistant.
All logistics and expectations are disclosed upfront. There are no hidden fees.
Diamond Availability & Market Conditions
Diamond pricing and availability fluctuate daily. Curation & Clarity cannot guarantee:

Vendor-specific policies related to returns, resizing, or warranties
Clients are encouraged to act promptly once a suitable option is identified.
If a Diamond Is Not Selected at JCK
In the unlikely event that a diamond is not secured during JCK Las Vegas, the client will automatically receive the 30-Day Diamond Concierge service at no additional cost.
This ensures continued sourcing, comparison, and guidance until the right stone is found.

All client information, budgets, preferences, sourcing details, and communications are treated as strictly confidential.
Final Acknowledgment
By booking a service with Curation & Clarity, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.

We do not sell or have stock of any diamonds. Curation & Clarity is a consulting service that helps you find the best diamond options available based on your needs, budget, and preferences.
*Do you receive commissions for recommending diamonds?
Absolutely not. We don’t receive payment or kickbacks from any retailer or jeweler. My loyalty is to you, not the industry.
*Are you affiliated with any jewelry stores or diamond companies?
We am 100% independent and not affiliated with any jewelry brands, wholesalers, or diamond retailers. That means our guidance is completely unbiased.
*What makes Curation & Clarity different from shopping at a jewelry store?
We don’t have sales quotas, inventory pressure, or marketing spin. We offer personalized education and honest guidance so you can shop smarter, not spend more.
*Can I attend JCK with you?
JCK Las Vegas is a vendors-only trade show and is not open to the public. Curation & Clarity attends on your behalf.

*What if we don’t find “the one” at JCK?
You automatically receive the 30-Day Diamond Concierge service, included in your JCK experience.
*Can I bring someone to the consultation?
Of course. You're welcome to include your partner, a trusted friend, or family member on the call (1 additional person). Just let your advisor know in advance via email.
*Do you offer help with ring settings or metal types?
Yes! During your consultation, we’ll go over popular ring styles, setting types, and metal options. However, we do not offer settings or custom ring designs.
*Will you choose the diamond for me?
We identify and compare the strongest options for your budget and priorities, then guide you through the decision so you can choose with confidence.
